The removable denture can be thrown away on the day of implantation, because almost every time we can provide the patient with fixed provisional bridge in only 2 hours! In the lawer jaw bone augmentation is almost every time avoidable, while in the upper jaw there is rarely need to substitute bone. The final restoration can be carried out 3 months later.
