Why are treatments more affordable in Hungary than in the UK?

•  Average costs and salaries are much lower in Hungary than in the UK, (e.g. dentists’ salaries, utilized materials, implants).

How can I have proof of the guarantee?

•  Every piece of implant, the bone grafting materials, Procera crowns have their own international serial number. These are documented at our clinic, and these documents are also given to the patients after treatment. The patients are also provided with a whole treatment description, and a global therapy list.

Is anyone able to have dental implant?

•  General good health and adequate jawbone are the key requirements (*if the jawbone is not adequate, we can support it by bone augmentation most of the time). Anyone who lacks one or more teeth could be a candidate for dental implants.

What happens if my jawbone is not adequate for having dental implants?

•  According to state-of-the art technologies and latest treatment methods, even the much destructed jawbone in case of parodontosis or long term missing tooth can be implanted using CAT guided implant positioning techniques, e.g. NobelGuide.
•  Only about 10 % of our patients need to have bone augmentation, mostly sinus grafting. At the time of consultation the patient is informed about this. The latest, advanced technology grafting materials with the help of own blood and cell factors are rebuilt for your own bone in about a half year period and are suitable for having dental implants.

How successful is dental implantation?

• since 1965 root from dental implants are used successfully.Adequate technology and good oral hygiene are important factors ensuring good results of dental implantation.

Is the procedure painful?

•  Local anaesthesia is used during the surgical procedure to eliminate any discomfort. After surgery we provide our patients with the necessary painkillers to be used against any discomfort after surgery. We are happy that our implanted patients can return to England on the same or at least the following day of implantation without any post-operation complaint.

Is it worth choosing implant positioning NobelGuide technique?

•  The dental surgeon needs to be seen twice only?
•  Duration of treatment is shortened.
•  Cutting and sewing of the gum, post-operation bleeding, tumescence and complaints are evitable.
•  Most of the time, the final restorations is ready to be fixed in for the time of implant placement.
  

How can I chew and smile during the healing period of implants?

•  We provide our patients with temporary bridge or denture on the same day of implantation.

After tooth extraction when is it possible to have an implant?

•  Many of the cases it is possible replacing teeth with implants immediately. By immediate implantation we can preserve the bone and gum surrounding the tooth ensuring the future upmost aesthetics of your implant supported crown.
•  In case of serious inflammation (only 5-10% of the cases) we suggest waiting about 3-4 months after extractions before having implants. In case of this we provide the patient with temporary denture for this period of healing time.

Can the healing time of implants be determined in advance?

•  At time of consultation we are able to determine the whole treatment period with 90-95% assurance.

What happens if complication occurs?

•  This is unlikely to happen, but in case of that we suggest you to contact us immediately to be able to help with finding the most convenient solution immediately for your complaint.

How much will the treatment cost?

•  At time of consultation according to personal examination and panoramic X-ray we are able to carry out your whole treatment schedule and also the treatment costs. It depends on which treatment possibility you choose and how many implants are crowns are needed at your particular case. All these information are told at the first visit to the patient.
•  You need to pay directly at the implant center after your treatment, at time of implantation you pay for implants, at time of prosthetics you pay for prosthetics.
•  For airplane ticket, accommodation and eventual programs you need to pay independently.

Does the service sector accept credit card in Hungary?

•  All major credit cards are accepted at our clinic, most of the hotels, shops, restaurants.
•  Some cases usage of credit card is a bit more expensive counting changing rate, and some time 2,5% card using rate. May be for this reason it is more affordable to pay by cash.
•  Most commonly accepted cards are Visa and MasterCard
